Customer service was not great. No communication with the person helping me. Wouldn’t answer his phone and did little to no explanations. Appointment was at 7am and never called me to pick up. I called several times for updates and finally picked up at 6pm!!!! Horrible. 11 hours for service!! Test drove a car, horrible experience with ur car sales man. They don’t want to sell, shouldn’t be out there. Waited my time! I’ve been there many times and first time I walked away disappointed. Will re-think about going there with same person. Car sales man needs major people skills!!!! FYI: bought a car at Casa Ford 2 hours later. More
Customer service is good but it takes a very very long time for them to do any service. I waited less time when I go in without an appointment than when I actually take time to make an appointment. It took 6 hours for an inspection and a filter change and when I go in for an oil change without an appointment takes me less time on service. More
