He is very attentive and listens to the customers concerns. Jerry, goes the extra mile to get the vehicle repaired the same day and the pricing was great. Shamaley Ford is amazing and I highly recommend either Jerry or Mr. Joe Mena to anyone who is in need to get the vehicle repaired or serviced. Thank you !

I picked up my truck besides it taking so long to repair, my vehicle never got washed when they handed me the keys. For as much money as I spend for insurance and the truck itself you would think I would get back washed. My truck has been in your dealership for many repairs and all I hear is we’re going to get it repaired under warranty, the repairs have been over $4,000.00 and I keep praying my $100.00 deductible. I’m seriously thinking of trading in my truck for a Tundra!
