If you need service at Shamley Ford, go to Alissa Alderman When my 2003 Ford Excursion broke down, I was in a pretty tight spot, being in a different city at a foreign dealership. I have to say the service manager was condescending and other reps were not helpful at all. However, I was fortunate to get Alissa. She went above and beyond to get my vehicle looked at and fully repaired, all while ensuring the warranty company held up their end. She kept me informed of everything that occurred during the process from start to finish. She is the only reason this review is 4 stars. More
