Audrey was excellent she kept me posted while I waited on my Ford Explorer and she notified me of a recall on the rear axle so I brought the Explorer back today. I do want to know who I talk to as I have wa my Ford Explorer and she notified me of a recall on the rear axle so I brought the Explorer back today. I do want to know who I talk to as I have warranties on my seats tires paint and my oil changes should not have a cost. Audrey said it did not come up in the computer which it should be in the system Lane Change I would like to know how to get it in the system Thank you Elizabeth Portugal More
