Used to love coming here for everything but the past couple of times something bad happens. This time I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine when I inspected the vehic couple of times something bad happens. This time I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine when I inspected the vehicle when they turned it in to me. It wasn’t until I was on the freeway going home when I started to notice a little wobble. Nothing sever thought it was just the road. Coming off on Zaragoza and Joe battle the wobble got more intense. Turns out the rear driver side tire had all 5 lug nuts loose. After calling and calling the dealership I was finally able to get a hold of someone. They sent someone out who completely was just not having it. He came added some torque and said everything was fine. Yet I still have my lug nuts sticking out. More
