This is a great dealership to do all of your fords mechanical work. They are very honest and will not try to up sell you on anything except the usual wipers and filters. I bring my 2020 Ford F-150 here for service and am always treated great. The coffee is always hot and great. Only thing I tend to miss is getting my boots shined, because the guy that shines the shoes is not treated great. The coffee is always hot and great. That is not the reason I come into Shamaley Fotd for service, it is because they always treat me right for a fair price. That is why they get my service on my other cars like the car I brought In today my 2024 Cadillac XT5 Sport. The Cadillac dealership wanted to get money for service and they do not care for the customer at all. So having my truck serviced at Shamaley why not my Cadillac. The mechanics know about Cadillac’s as well as they do the Fords and I trust them to do the right thing when it comes to maintenance on my XT5.. More
