I expected a 30 minute service and showed up 15 minutes early. My service took 3 hours for a 10 minute software update and a simple oil change. Normally, I would have given 5-stars, but my wait was almost two hours for a maintenance check and replacing the cabin air filter and engine air filter...should have been half that time, but as I underst almost two hours for a maintenance check and replacing the cabin air filter and engine air filter...should have been half that time, but as I understand it there was a technician out that day. Made an unexpected visit for an issue that developed with my car. Joe was able to work me in to the schedule, and kept me informed as to the progress of the work done. This very basic service of my vehicle which should have taken 45 minutes at the outside took 2,5 hours...really not acceptable. The service writer's area was full of people milling around with no apparent purpose. The person who took in my vehicle told me 15 to 20 minutes...1 half hour later he was still looking for my car. After he went outside to take what seemed to be a personal cell phone call. it was pretty apparent that they were aware of my frustration, so they decided to cover the price of the service. A nice gesture but leads me to believe that I can do better at a "quick lube" type facility. There seemed to be no organization among the service staff...some doing much...others doing little. More
