From the dealership to corporate, they are all thieves. You could assume that to begin with because they are in it for the money, but Hyundai is especially shady. Never had this issue with any other dealer You could assume that to begin with because they are in it for the money, but Hyundai is especially shady. Never had this issue with any other dealership. They leased me a new Tucson with a dangerous alignment issue they’ve failed to fix after 4 service appointments. Then they tell me there’s now a recall where the vehicle can CATCH ON FIRE and I shouldn’t park in my garage anymore, and to immediately exit the vehicle if the ABS light comes on. The best part? They don’t even have the parts to fix it!!!! This vehicle is unsafe to drive, and they don’t seem to care. Promises to help, promises to call you back…all lies. They got my money and they are happy. Corporate is no better (shocking). Was told to expect a call back so many times, and have received exactly 1 out of maybe 8 call backs. Andy Zaccardo in sales, Sharmela and Chris in service, Ed SHAKER the namesake to the company, Eric the GM…all have stopped responding to my emails and pleas for help. I’ve been patient, polite, and tried to be understanding but have no choice but to waste my only spare time and cash to hire a lawyer and begin the lemon law process because these people do not care. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews of this place and avoid it. More
