Service time it took for an oil change was excessive. Dropped off at 9 am and never got a call and tried calling several times with no answer. On every occasion that I have had service needs, Shaker's Family Hyundai has made me feel like I am important to them as a valued customer. Also I am always taken care of promptly. My car was taken there because my car was broken into. Got an estimate and was told my car would be ready in 3 weeks. I go to the dealership because I kept calling for an update and left messages and ne Got an estimate and was told my car would be ready in 3 weeks. I go to the dealership because I kept calling for an update and left messages and never got a response back. I show up and I’m told that they are still waiting for parts and that I needed to be patient. My car was left outside when there was 2 rainstorms. The back of my car now has mold due to rain going in from the back window. It’s been 3 weeks and my car is still not ready so I looked for another place to get it fixed. Im told I cannot get my keys because I would have to pay 20% for parts that had been ordered. I called the insurance and I’m told that they have already been paid and there should be no reason why it’s taken so long to fix. Long story short they are unprofessional. I ended up leaving with my keys once I called my layer and insurance company. Would not recommend with this new staff. Oh and I never got a loaner because supposedly they didn’t have any and I’m a cancer patient that has a lot of appointments. Highly do not recommend them More
