I brought our 2 Hyundai's for service this week, one is older (2013) and one was purchased at Shaker's in December 2023. Tuck needed some work and two recalls fixed - he's old so I expected more than an oil change price (yes, way more) and Fay was in for an oil change. The only thing I noticed was that there were oil smears on the edge of the hood. When I got home I noticed oil that had dripped down the front bumper. Not really sure how the drip was there. From a distance it looked like something scraped the car and I panicked. I did wipe it off but had to really clean it up when I got home. Overall the service is great and everyone is wonderful there. More

Shaker Hyundai is very reliable when it comes to doing a good job maintaining my car. No issues at all. But.... the AI system of making appointments is lacking. I tried to make an appointment a few weeks ah good job maintaining my car. No issues at all. But.... the AI system of making appointments is lacking. I tried to make an appointment a few weeks ahead and the system didn't understand me. So, I gave up, and no one answered the phone because you guys are busy. So that is a minus. And, I teased Mitch about washing and vacuuming my car after spending nearly 600.00 on my bill. You sent out a questionnaire asking if you should add that to your service as a curtesy. I don't think he got the memo that you guys are doing that now. LOL. More
Drove over an hour to come here for a lease buyout. It was first scheduled for a Saturday, and was told the day before that they couldn’t do lease inspections on Saturday, so I rearranged my work sched It was first scheduled for a Saturday, and was told the day before that they couldn’t do lease inspections on Saturday, so I rearranged my work scheduled to come on a Tuesday. Was told it would take about an hour for the inspection. About 1.5 hours in I was told they were almost done. At two hours I was told they were doing a recall on the backup camera, and it was almost done. Finally after three hours and 15 minutes, I was able to meet with the manager to finish the buyout. If they were honest about how long it would have taken, I would have been more than happy to leave and come back. Instead I wasted three hours sitting around. Lastly, they didn’t fix the ONE thing I had requested to fix, the horn. Brandon was very nice and helpful throughout the process, but I was not happy to waste my entire afternoon. I don’t know if it was a lack of organization or what, but I won’t be back in the future. More
