I called Shaker's due to a problem with my engine and was transferred to Colby. Colby was exceedingly customer service oriented from the moment we spoke on the phone. Shakers service center is by far the best service I have ever had at a dealership. We recently moved to the area snd started bringing our car there. The service department resolved my issue very quickly. Colby, I believe the manager, was awesome. Once I got my car towed in there, they made it a priority to be looked at.
