It was my first time having my car serviced at Watertown Hyundai. I will definitely be a regular there! The serviceman helping me, Joe Hawley, was wonderful! The department sends you a video of your car' Hyundai. I will definitely be a regular there! The serviceman helping me, Joe Hawley, was wonderful! The department sends you a video of your car's "health" and said what was good and what needed to be addressed. Personally, I was hesitant regarding the need for the filters being changed. I expressed that to Joe and mention I wished I could visually see them and what a new one looks like. He went and got the filters along with new ones for me to see. Confidently, I agreed with the decision. I just want to add that the people in the service department were are friendly and while I was waiting I could hear faint chatting and laughing. Personable, friendly and happy employees are very important to have! Thank you! More
