Had vehicle for 5 weeks. The first 4 weeks nothing was done, it wasn't until I began calling and demanding an update. Techs would avoid calls, not return calls. Made a 9:30 am recall service which I would wait. Was told it would take 3 hours. Was told would be done 12-12:30. We came back at 2:30 and it wasn’t done. It ended being done at 4:30. I should have been told it would take a full day (or they pushed it off until the end of the day because we didn’t wait). This caused me to have to cancel a needed dr appointment. Also when placing the service request it was thru a computer system. I needed to to know a time frame for the service but a computer doesn’t tell you that. That is why I don’t use a dealer service dept once a car is off warranty More
