Shaker Hyundai is very reliable when it comes to doing a good job maintaining my car. No issues at all. But.... the AI system of making appointments is lacking. I tried to make an appointment a few weeks ahead and the system didn't understand me. So, I gave up, and no one answered the phone because you guys are busy. So that is a minus. And, I teased Mitch about washing and vacuuming my car after spending nearly 600.00 on my bill. You sent out a questionnaire asking if you should add that to your service as a curtesy. I don't think he got the memo that you guys are doing that now. LOL. More
We had a 3 o'clock appointment to take delivery of our new vehicle. When we arrived we were greeted by Kyle and told the business manager would be with us in 15 minutes. Fine! At 4 pm we were still wai new vehicle. When we arrived we were greeted by Kyle and told the business manager would be with us in 15 minutes. Fine! At 4 pm we were still waiting for him...At 4:03 pm I get a text message from my credit monitoring saying that my credit report was just down loaded. Finally at 4:20 we were called in to complete the paperwork, which left us with little time to actually go over the features of the car. When we arrived I told Kyle that I had an appointment at 530 with a customer of mine and was told that would be no problem. We didnt leave the dealership till almost 5pm and ended up being late for my scheduled sales call. With some simple honest communication from the beginning we could have rescheduled the delivery of the vehicle. Im sorry sitting down almost 90 minutes from our scheduled appointment is unacceptable in my world. This just left a bad taste in my mouth. My time is important to me and my customers. More

Drove over an hour to come here for a lease buyout. It was first scheduled for a Saturday, and was told the day before that they couldn’t do lease inspections on Saturday, so I rearranged my work sched It was first scheduled for a Saturday, and was told the day before that they couldn’t do lease inspections on Saturday, so I rearranged my work scheduled to come on a Tuesday. Was told it would take about an hour for the inspection. About 1.5 hours in I was told they were almost done. At two hours I was told they were doing a recall on the backup camera, and it was almost done. Finally after three hours and 15 minutes, I was able to meet with the manager to finish the buyout. If they were honest about how long it would have taken, I would have been more than happy to leave and come back. Instead I wasted three hours sitting around. Lastly, they didn’t fix the ONE thing I had requested to fix, the horn. Brandon was very nice and helpful throughout the process, but I was not happy to waste my entire afternoon. I don’t know if it was a lack of organization or what, but I won’t be back in the future. More
