This is my first time using the service here. I previously bought multiple Hyundais from Meriden Hyundai in Meriden, CT and refused to buy another because their service was so poor. I'm delig I previously bought multiple Hyundais from Meriden Hyundai in Meriden, CT and refused to buy another because their service was so poor. I'm delighted to say that my experience at Shaker's Family Hyundai was the exact opposite. I had been putting off going in for service simply because I expected more of what I had experienced in Meriden - it was truly the polar opposite. Colby was very friendly and although my software update took MUCH longer than expected, he was fantastic in letting me know what was happening throughout the entire time. Communication really is key when you're kept waiting much longer than expected, and at least for me, as long as someone keeps me informed as to what's happening, I can't expect more than that. Colby was excellent at that. I ended up with a loaner that I brought back the next day. I would highly recommend your service department to anyone. More
