I took my SUV in for a routine service, oil change, tire rotation with a scheduled appointment for 1pm. I made them aware that I would be waiting there as they ask when you book your service appointment. My rotation with a scheduled appointment for 1pm. My car did not get taken in for the service until 2:50pm and I was scheduled to see a client for 3pm which I had to call and was an hour late getting to him. I was told one price over the phone and they tried to charge me $10 more once I brought it in. I only rated a 2 star because the service counter attendant did end up giving me the original price that I was told it would be. More

The Gentleman at the service desk was very polite. I explained the issue I had with the dealer in Milford regarding my recall and he had it taken care of.
