I had to wait 2 months to get the second key fob that should have come with my new car. Then I had to make a service appointment to "program" it. You couldn't do when I was there. I arrived on time fo should have come with my new car. Then I had to make a service appointment to "program" it. You couldn't do when I was there. I arrived on time for my appointment, when they took my car, it sat for 30 minutes, taking a whole hour to complete. Since this was an issue that you caused, I think it should have been done quicker.
