Great Experience, bought 2016 Veloster! Came in on an internet inquiry. Spoke to Drew the internet manager told him my needs and wants and he turned me over to Robert Dubauskas. Easiest Purchase Yet!!!! I worked with Madrid (Salesman) and Michael Nardi (Sales Manager) and they were so very helpful and upfront with the process and in answering the four I worked with Madrid (Salesman) and Michael Nardi (Sales Manager) and they were so very helpful and upfront with the process and in answering the four thousand questions I asked them. Madrid was even helpful when I asked really stupid questions. He was helpful in updating me about new technology offered and, didn't push me to get unnecessary items that weren't of interest to me. When it came to the numbers and negotiation, Michael, the sales manager made it simple and was very upfront about everything. He offered me a finance and lease option, although I didn't know much about leasing when he was finished I felt like an expert. I even left in the car same day. They were a Great Team!!! Mother/Son purchase I went into Devino's expecting to purchase a car for him. This was my son's first new car. My son showed the salesman which car he wanted to look at I went into Devino's expecting to purchase a car for him. This was my son's first new car. My son showed the salesman which car he wanted to look at from the internet and the salesman showed him that car. He did a drive around the parking lot just to show my son what options there were but did not push him to change him from the car he wanted. In the midst of it all, I found a car that I liked but did not intend to purchase. The salesman showed me the options, including a trade in of my current vehicle but did not push. As a result, I ended up making the decision to purchase the car, intending to come back later in the week. While still giving my son the attention he deserved, the salesman made it possible for me to go home with mine too! More
