Mixed feelings My overall experience was good with this dealership. However I was disappointed in the amount of time/delays that were involved the week I was suppos My overall experience was good with this dealership. However I was disappointed in the amount of time/delays that were involved the week I was supposed to pick up the car. There were issues with contracts getting to the DMV from the dealership. I was also disappointed in the non disclosure of the additional (granted optional, but the sales people made me feel that this is not really optional and that I needed this ) lease warranty until I was signing my contract...I feel that should be discussed with the client ahead of time, as it did add another $20 to my monthly payment. Finally I had to return to the dealership a week after purchasing the car and was told only to resign the same contract I had signed before, but the updated contract included a $400 charge I will be liable for if I do not lease with Hyundai in the future. I also feel that should be discussed in more detail before clients sign contracts. Overall the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and I was made aware of all of the features of my new car, which I love! More
