I recently purchased a new Hyundia Elantra from David Bosco at Brass City. It was a very pleasing experinece. I have a lot of experince negotiating for cars and had gone to 5 other dealers before I came across Brass City. David was intelligent and right to the point. Gave me their best price up front and went out of his way to ensure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. My Hyundia is purring like a kitten. I highly recommend you purchase your next auto from Brass and go see Dave. Oh on another note, my girlfriend had purchased a new Hyundia from another dealer and was having a minor problem. She first went to a dealer in east haven who was extermely rude and condensending towards her claiming Lady there is no problem with you car and basically told her to hit the road. I suggested she visit Brass City. SHe did and was thrilled to be taken serioulsy and treated professionally. The service dept took the time to take a long test ride and was able to quickly identify and fix the issue. I was in need of a reliable car after my 2008 Chevy SUV engine blew up one night on my way home from work, and of course my warranty was up. I've heard nothing but good things about hyundai's and can say from experience that its much better than what I could have hoped for. With 2 small kids, being a mom, you want something reliable and safe. I feel like I have both now! Russ the financial manager was so funny and very nice, and he was also very helpful regarding the amazing warranty that hyundai cars have. 10 years is awesome! Tony had called my home 2 days after I purchased the car to ask me how everything is going with the car and if I had any questions... That was very nice, and very thoughtful. Yes I would definetally recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. More

The car was ready on time and well explained by Madrid. Hyundai almost sells itself, but this is the best dealer to buy one. Can't wait to visit their new location in Watertown come spring. More
