I gave this dealership a call because I was having no luck on a car in New York. The Sales Manager Edward Shaker answered my call and was extremely accommodating. He then said that I would be working with Shantelle Diaz to further assist me with the delivery of my car. Upon arriving there, I was greeted by her and Ed. Everything was ready and there were no surprises. The finance manager was also very accommodating and she disclosed everything to me.
