I had the absolute BEST experience at Shaker’s Hyundai in Watertown. Initially I brought in my Santa Fe to get work done, and the customer service was just above and beyond. While I wasn’t in the market for a new car, they reached out to me and offered me a generous appraisal on my Santa Fe. So I decided why not, and I went in to see what my options were. From the moment you step in the door everyone at Shaker’s made you feel welcome. I had the absolute best salesman (Rodrigo) and he made it so simple and actually pretty fun to buy a new car. I was hesitant to jump into a new vehicle, but he took the time to walk me through all the information, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a way that made sure I understood everything I needed to know before buying a car. Not to mention he’s such a friendly person and was so easy to talk to! He made my car shopping experience one of a kind and I would absolutely recommend everyone going to him if they’re in the market for a new car. More

Easy online arrangements - our one day visit and pick up was extremely smooth. We traveled over 67 miles from our home to capture car and color of choice. FINANCE went well due to our high credit rating. Sales Consultant Shantelle Diaz was congenial and helpful answering all our concerns and even followed up 4 days later offering any assistance with new vehicle. Lastly, the Technical Orientation Assistant Sean Morkey was Extremely Knowledgeable but down to earth with all the car’s abilities. He was such an enthusiastic and a huge life saver employee ensuring us we had such a safe smart vehicle which could practically drive itself. Remember we had to drive this TECH TOY 67 miles home👏👏Well Done to the team we had! This was our very first nonAmerican we have ever purchased or leased.
