I came in for an oil change. The service personnel were excellent except for one thing. I was informed that my vehicle was low on power steering fluid however I would have to p The service personnel were excellent except for one thing. I was informed that my vehicle was low on power steering fluid however I would have to purchase fluid and top it off myself. Not a real problem, however what happened to the good old days when the dealership would do that. At $100.00 bucks for an oil change and you can't even top off my fluid level? Not real pleased. More

My husband and I worked with Logan Willbanks and he has been amazing with both purchases, our 2022 Silverado and our 2023 Traverse. Logan found the vehicle that had everything we were looking for and liter been amazing with both purchases, our 2022 Silverado and our 2023 Traverse. Logan found the vehicle that had everything we were looking for and literally walked out same day with the vehicles we wanted! (Bought both about a month apart!) I would recommend Shaheen Chevrolet of Lansing to anyone! Definitely go see Logan Willbanks if you’re looking for a new vehicle! More

I drove into Sheheen yesterday without an appointment very upset about car trouble and although it was already 1 P M the team did everything, they could to make sure that all of the problems were solved very upset about car trouble and although it was already 1 P M the team did everything, they could to make sure that all of the problems were solved and I was on my way by 5:30 closing time. Especially helpful, as he always is, was John Feister. He explained everything being done in terms I could easily understand and kept me up tp date on the progress. he always makes me feel like a valued customer. I will always deal with Sheheen and I recommend their service to anyone who wants courteous and knowledgeable service. More

I was in for a oil change, filter, and tire rotation. I arrived at my appointment time and within minutes was taken in to have the work. I also had my car appraised to either sell or trade in. The dea I arrived at my appointment time and within minutes was taken in to have the work. I also had my car appraised to either sell or trade in. The dealer was very courteous and helpful. In no time I was finished up and out the door. Received a free car wash also. Very good appointment...they took care of all my car needs and answered all my questions. Cost was standard.
