I had been turned down twice by the local dealership (FRANK BECK CHEVROLET) forcing me to take a chance at another dealership (SHAHEEN CHEVROLET). I saw your TV ad Christmas Day is what prompted me to call your particular dealership (the power of advertising, <wink>)offering $4000 in incentives and I thought GREAT!!! Im at $3714 for a payoff :D .. ok so upon inquiry of this ad it was discovered I did NOT meet that criteria. However; Jeff wasnt going to let me go away empty handed. Because of the hard work, several phone calls for 2 days, many conversations that took place between Jeff, Joe and myself prior to me having to drive to your dealership they were able to find the right vehicle for me. Thank you Jeff and Joe for getting me out of the repair bill treadmill I was stuck on to keep a car running that was not worth it.
