I came to Shaheen to sell a vehicle, which in working with Dan did and was extremely satisfied with the experience. My plan after sale, was to then shop multiple dealerships to purchase another vehicle, with Dan did and was extremely satisfied with the experience. My plan after sale, was to then shop multiple dealerships to purchase another vehicle, but because of Dan's customer service during the sale process, I never did shop another dealership and wound up purchasing a vehicle from Shaheen several days later. In dealing with Dan, Kevin and Joe on the finance end, I did not shop elsewhere because I never once felt like those guys weren't telling me anything that wasn't true or not in my best interest. Both of those guys straight forward approach, knowledge on the car buying industry and again a "no smoke and mirror" approach, made my wife and I Shaheen customers for our next vehicle. I went to possibly buy a used vehicle but choose to go with leasing a new vehicle and Kevin McCaskey was there to help me every step of the way. My experience begin when I called Shaheen only to ask a question and I was transferred to a sales associate, Zach. He was very nice and sounded very knowledgeable on the phone that we schedule an appointme question and I was transferred to a sales associate, Zach. He was very nice and sounded very knowledgeable on the phone that we schedule an appointment for that following Friday and he promise to help me get a new car. When me met, he had me test drive a chevy traverse which i loved. He went above and beyond trying to find the right car for me and my family with a price that I felt comfortable with. I didnt get the car that I test drove but Zach found me an even better one (Chevy traverse). I visit a different car dealership before coming to Shaheen and I was very discourage with the lack of help and customer service i received from them. So coming here at first I felt like it was going to be the same and I even expressed that to Zach who ld me to be patience and trust that he could help me even with my complicated situation. I've never experience such great customer service from anyone like the one I received from Zach, so that and the fact that he went out of his way to make me getting a new car possible, is reason enough for me to recommend Shaheen Chevrolet and Zach Brendahl to everyone I know is in the market for a new car.
