We showed up to the dealership about 10 minutes before closing time (sorry!), but Zach Brendahl took the time to show us what we were looking at and even let us go for a test drive. He never once made us feel like we were imposing on his time, actually it was quite the opposite - he made us feel very welcomed - even though he was now staying late on a Saturday. Our experience with Zach was everything we could ask for - and more. Zach was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and didn't have what I consider to be the "used car sales person" attitude to him at all. He was very professional and treated us as if we were there to buy a high end new vehicle. Once we settled on the vehicle we wanted, Zach went to work to get us the deal we wanted - and with the generosity of Scott Tatore, the Pre-owned sales manager, we walked out of there with the car we wanted, at the price we needed. I was so happy I cried! Thank you Mr. Tatore!! My son absolutely loves his new vehicle and I love the fact that you worked a miracle to help us stay within our budget. Now I know why Shaheen Chevrolet consistently receives the high customer satisfaction ratings it does year after year.
