Iv'e been serving customers in one form or another for almost 30 years, so knowing how to provide great service to a customer comes natural to me. The only down side to all of this is that as a customer I automatically expect to be treated the same way every time, which isn't always the case. I spent a good month or so looking for the right vehicle, talking to a number of dealers. I can't tell you how many dealers failed to get me into their lots simply by the way they handled the initial phone call. From the moment I spoke to Zack to the end of the sale and beyond, I got exactly the service I expected. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and continues to make himself available even after the sale. Wherever Zack is, so is my future car business. More
