I like that I always have the option of test driving vehicles until I'm sure of my choice. Once purchased, he takes the time to show me all the bells & whistles of my new car - sometimes overwhelming for me, but he's always patient and takes the time to answer any questions I have. This last purchase, I actually received 4 FREE oil changes (thanks Shaheens! :)) which need to be completed within the next 2 years. These need to be done in exact 6 month intervals to make sure I fit them in. Mark took the time to explain this to me so I wouldn't miss out - Thanks Mark!
