Mayco Noriega - Suburban Cadillac Lansing - BEST EVER! I absolutely hate buying cars and when my Mom asked me to find her one, I was dreading it. Mayko Noriega was awesome! Not pushy. VERY helpful! We drove to Lansing to meet up with Jim in the morning, and he was nothing but friendly and informative. My experience was quick, easy, fair, and informative. I sought out this dealership for a very specific car I was interested in purchasing. I was seeking a 2011 Buick Regal Turbo in black exterior and bla I sought out this dealership for a very specific car I was interested in purchasing. I was seeking a 2011 Buick Regal Turbo in black exterior and black interior, and it had to be manufactured in Germany (only early 2011). I called a scheduled an appointment to test drive the car and even thought I was late because I was coming a long distance, the car was pulled to the side of the building and the representative (Gary Kelly) was available to provide me with assistance. We test drove the car and chatted about the car and I placed a security deposit on the vehicle. Gary Kelly knew the car inside and out and was able to answer any question I had about the car, not to mention provided me with a folder full of detailed information about the car's history including the build sheet from Germany. The next day, came back with my family members and purchased the vehicle, the process was quick, easy, and very informative and I was quickly out the door with my new car! More

Very nice and cordial and as time progressed decided to lease a new 2014Xts rather than purchasing a used one. All the employees seemed to work as a team and stayed after hours to complete the deal.
