Most pleasant experience ever buying a car. Gary Kelly met us outdoors on a very cold afternoon. He was very helpful, friendly and a very knowledgeable salesman. He brought us inside the showroom to give us as much information as possible and check out all our choices. He spent a lot of time with us and didn't make us feel rushed or pressured. In fact we felt like we had made a new friendship. He is also helping us learn how to use the many features of the car. The entire staff including the sales manager, Craig Dorin made us feel very welcome and also spent time with us making sure we were satisfied customers. We would recommend this dealership to anyone hoping to purchase a nice car. Everyone is the showroom was very helpful. More

My Review for Suburban of Lansing I am from another country, and in 17 years in this country I have never met someone so professional and kind as Mayko Noriega. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I wanted to purchase a Hummer. I found one on the Suburban, Cadillac of Lansing website with low miles and perfect price. I applied and was approved t I wanted to purchase a Hummer. I found one on the Suburban, Cadillac of Lansing website with low miles and perfect price. I applied and was approved the very next day, I submitted all necessary documentation, down payment, and had everything in place so that I could sign and drive. I live in Detroit and would have to drive a distance to get to the dealership. So, they brought the Hummer to me! I was able to perform a test drive and sign my papers all in the comfort of my own home. I am truly impressed with the customer service of Suburban, Cadillac of Lansing and would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality vehicle.. AWESOME STAFF AND SERVICE! I had inquired on a Jeep Liberty that I had viewed on the internet. I live in Mt. Pleasant and had talked with Jim Lawler on the phone in regards to t I had inquired on a Jeep Liberty that I had viewed on the internet. I live in Mt. Pleasant and had talked with Jim Lawler on the phone in regards to the vehicle, my trade-in, etc. He went above and beyond to help me make this deal happen. I traveled down to Lansing with the intent I clearly was going to purchase the vehicle because I felt so comfortable with dealing with Jim. I also received a better financing rate after meeting with Sam Belanger than my initial rate was with my credit union! My overall experience was AMAZING and I definitely will recommend them to everyone. I will look to Suburban Cadillac for my next vehicle purchase as well:) More
