We drove from Traverse City, MI and everyone in the dealership was welcoming even though we were just there to purchase a $5,000 Jeep. We arrived and the Jeep was exactly as described, and we have never seen a better detailing job from any other dealership! Sam who helped us with the titling and plates was also a pleasure. We talked to the dealer about this and he worked with us on price to fix it. We also needed help with getting a loan and they tried very hard to get the lowest interest rate possible. Every one at Suburban Cadillac were friendly and polite. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Start to finish, a good experience I haven't visited a dealership in years, owing largely to the unpleasant experiences of the past. We had arrived at the Suburban Showcase for the Cam I haven't visited a dealership in years, owing largely to the unpleasant experiences of the past. We had arrived at the Suburban Showcase for the Camper and RV show a bit early and decided to swing by the Suburban Jeep dealership in Farmington Hills to look at offerings and kill some time. A wonderful young man named Kenny R. gave us incredible attention and helped us find some potential vehicles that might meet our needs. We ultimately ended up at Suburban Cadillac in Lansing to see two cars there, even though Kenny made it clear that he would get the vehicles to Farmingtion Hills for us to see. It just turned out that Lansing was as convenient, so we went there. I emailed interest in the vehicles and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Cathy C within 30 minutes, even though it was now 8:30 on a Tuesday evening. We made arrangements to see the cars. I arrived at the dealership at 8:30 on Thursday morning (the listed time of opening) and was surprised to see the operation fully functional and busy. I don't know why, but I was expecting the showroom doors to be locked until the "opening" time. What a great way to start the day. Cathy met me at the front desk and introduced me to Jim L. who greeted my warmly and, more importantly, genuinely. We looked at one of the cars that I had inquired about, took it for a drive and sat and chat while my vehicle was evaluated for trade. Within 30 minutes of that, we had a deal that each of us could live with. Sam B. was super. It was actually quite interesting watching him juggle so many things at once. He investigated financing, found me a great rate and explained all many items for my consideration that I had not considered. Even though we decided to purchase the car outright, I was appreciative of Sam's knowledge, diligence and professionalism. Jim had everything ready to go when I arrived to pick up the car. He arranged to have the minor (but important to me) issues resolved perfectly. A real decent guy with an eye for picking up on what is important to the customer. He never once pressured me or made me feel anything but comfortable. My only disappointment was that the other vehicle that I was interested in buying had been sold the day before. Apparently the message hadn't made the rounds. Disappointed but not troubled. My experience at Suburban Cadillac of Lansing was absolutely satisfying. I wish I lived closer, as I would love to have my service work done there. More
