A Deal I Could Not Refuse! I owned a 2006 CTS Sport Edition, which was my first Cadillac. It had always been serviced by Suburban Cadillac of Lansing (formerly Capital Cadillac) I owned a 2006 CTS Sport Edition, which was my first Cadillac. It had always been serviced by Suburban Cadillac of Lansing (formerly Capital Cadillac) and was in excellent condition (appraisal by Suburban Service Department). Because of the promotions by Cadillac in December 2014, I decided to see what kind of trade-in I would get for my 9 year CTS and what kind of deal was available for a 2015 SRX (Luxury Collection) purchase. I did not need a new car and was prepared to walk out of the showroom, back to my wonderful CTS with 63,000 miles. Mr. Larry Broughton beat by the deal I was offered for my trade-in and a new SRX at an Owosso Dealership, by thousands of dollar as well as located and prepped the SRX for delivery the next day so I could benefit from an additional rebate/promo. He sold the CTS the next business day to someone who would appreciate and love the CTS as much as I did. Matt Krause went above and beyond helping me get the tire replaced. He even called Hertz corporate to arrange payment from them. He knew I was in a hurry so he put a rush on the tire installation. I have NEVER been a fan of car shopping because to be honest, most salespeople I've dealt with have been nothing short of unpleasant. I was lucky enough to get to deal with Cory White at Suburban and from the moment we shook hands to the last time I drove off the lot, he was by far the greatest salesperson I'll ever work with. He was so calm, laid-back and thankfully, not pushy or arrogant. The whole process of buying a car has always stressed me out. Through his demeanor, he made me feel more relaxed and confident in the purchase I was making. Even my crazy four year old son didn't phase him. Believe me. That alone speaks volumes.
