Corey was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He made me feel at ease answering all my questions. Shawn, their Sales Manager, was determined to get me the best price. Having done some shopping earlier, I was felt certain I received the luxury SRX at a great price - without going through all the haggling I dreaded. He has gone out of his way to make things right that Rod did not, and has been more than accommodating. Folks, I have to tell you, if you have an issue with anyone in the service department at Suburban Cadillac, let Duane know. He will make it right. Heck, my car I got to replace my Cadillac had an issue at their dealership and Duane had Matt Krause come right out and start the process of getting it repaired, and even offered me a lift home so I wasn't stranded. I even met with Gary Kelly (great guy!!), and if we decide to buy something else, we'll have to sit down with Gary. Duane, you have earned my trust back and I will continue doing business with Suburban. More
