They didn't have what we wanted on their lot, so he had their used l We were helped by Dan Shew at Suburban Cadillac of Lansing and he was phenomenal! They didn't have what we wanted on their lot, so he had their used lot purchasers keep their eyes open and found one for us in just two days. He then had the car rushed on to the safety inspection the next day, got a sunroof installed like we wanted the day after, and even had the car dropped off to us when we couldn't take it home the same day we bought it! All this for a price that left them with almost no profit to be made. I highly recommend going to see Dan Shes for a new or used vehicle! More

Fun and Professional Have dealt with Edward Meister a couple of years ago when we bought a DTX for the wife. We were not expecting to speak with the same sales person on Have dealt with Edward Meister a couple of years ago when we bought a DTX for the wife. We were not expecting to speak with the same sales person on this visit since it was done on the internet through Suburban's website. Come to find out the person we thought we were to speak with (Tamara) was off suite . Well when we walked in Cathy greeted us and asked if she could help us . She looked us up on the computer and saw that we had bought from them before and by chance Edward Meister was there and available . Edward Meister has always been a man of professionalism and fun to deal with. So we were off for a test drive in a SRX before we new it. ED was professional as ever and took the time to explain all the bells and whistles of the vehicle . Upon return to the dealership we sat down with Ed explained what we were looking for and he was able to find one and have it moved up to Lansing. On delivery of the vehicle we discovered that the driver side mirror was not functioning properly , first stop was to service . The service department was able to correct the problem (a gear) and we were off with our 2nd Cadillac from this dealership. More

Great experience We found a car at another dealership that they owned and we walked in late on a Monday and asked if they could bring it up to Lansing from Detroit.
