What a luxury brand experience should be like Purchased my 2nd CTS-V from Suburban Cadillac. I'm very happy that Suburban came to town and took over Capitol Cadillac when it was owned by the auto Purchased my 2nd CTS-V from Suburban Cadillac. I'm very happy that Suburban came to town and took over Capitol Cadillac when it was owned by the automotive group out of Atlanta. I had stopped going to Capitol Cadillac during that time as customer service was at an all time low for me. I returned when ownership changed to Suburban because I have been purchasing my cars from Terry Walters since my first car when I was 16'ish. I brought my 1st CTS-V in for some electrical issues I was having. Rod Woodworth is the service manager that I worked with, and now only work with, to get the issue resolved. The service techs at Suburban are top notch. They didn't just throw parts at the car to try and fix it, but took the time to analyze probable cause which led them to a simple wiring issue. The repair was made and my car was back to normal. No parts, just a little time. I know other service centers would just start replacing parts in hopes of fixing the problem. What really impressed me the most about Suburban Cadillac during this purchase was the helpfulness of other sales members. If I was in there while Terry was busy with a customer, none of them had an issue with spending time with me going over features, options, answering questions, etc and I never felt like they were trying to get away to do something else.
