We returned because we were so well treated during our 1st lease and that has continued as we moved into our current one. Over the past week we worked with Jon Affeltranger, our Client Advisor, and he was absolutely 1st rate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us secure a very good deal on a 2019 X1. The rest of the staff has also been great to work with, especially Andres Ruano in Finance. This is a 5 star dealership from top to bottom. We recommend it without hesitation. More

WAY above and beyond!! Sewickley BMW, and in particular David Hack, came through for me at the time that I most needed help. My husband and I had long planned to spend a cou Sewickley BMW, and in particular David Hack, came through for me at the time that I most needed help. My husband and I had long planned to spend a couple of weeks at our vacation home in the Outer Banks. About 2 weeks before our planned trip, one of my 3 dogs, Teddy, was diagnosed with bone cancer in his front right leg. The diagnosis was totally unexpected and quite devastating. Initially, we were told that the prognosis was grim—2-3 weeks if left untreated or if it had spread to any other parts of his body. After further testing, we learned that the cancer had not spread, and that he could enjoy 6-9 more good months if we elected to have a bone stabilization procedure performed and also palliative radiation. We chose that option, and also to have a brace made for his leg to help to keep the bone from breaking and to make his movements easier. About 4 days before we planned to leave for the beach (we planned to drive down on a Sunday) my “check engine” light came on in my car. We had it dropped off at Sewickley BMW without an appointment and David fit us in to scan the car and determine what was wrong. Turns out, there was a warranty-covered emission issue, and they had the part in stock! But another complication...I had totally forgotten to have my car inspected in January!! So not only were these guys doing us a favor by fixing the emissions issues in time for us to make our vacation, but now we were adding an inspection to our unscheduled appointment. And now, the final complication/imposition. I needed to have my car back by noon on Thursday in order to get my dog to the orthotics appointment in order to have his leg brace fitted. I left a message for David on Wednesday afternoon, for the first time explaining what was going on with my dog and asking if there was any way that they could have the car ready by noon the next day. About an hour later, David called me and said that he was concerned about making sure that the car would be ready in time, but if I could get there by 5:30, he would make a loaner car available to me to transport my 120 lb. Bernese Mountain Dog to his orthotics appointment. I was stunned that any car dealership would allow me to transport my dog in a loaner!! David told me that they were all pet lovers, and that what was most important was to help me to do what was best for Teddy. I was so deeply touched by the kindness and compassion that I experienced at every step of this process. Do you think that we will ever buy a car from anyone else?!!!! This isn’t the first good experience that we have had with BMW and, specifically Sewickley BMW, but as I told David when I picked up the loaner, this meant the world to me. There’s a reason that we have purchased 9 BMW’s over the years. We are currently in the Outer Banks, and Teddy is playful, getting around quite well, and seems to be enjoying this vacation. So are we. Thank you so much for making this happen for us. More
