Bought my first Lexus from Chaudhry Bilal this week. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. I just bought a Lexus ES 350 Sedan from Eddie Chan, Sales Associate at Sewell Lexus of Dallas. I’m 65 Years old and i have bought 8 cars in my life time. I have never had the nicest and easiest experience as Associate at Sewell Lexus of Dallas. I’m 65 Years old and i have bought 8 cars in my life time. I have never had the nicest and easiest experience as did with Mr. Chan. His pleasant easy going personality was calming. I was able to contact him through a call or text, and he immediately responded everytime, day or evening. He took care of every request I wanted for a car. No situation in making it happen was difficult. He found exactly what I was wanting. The commercial you see on TV for Sewell…….It really is true! Sewell Lexus of Dallas treat their customers with respect, courteous, and thoughtfulness. I would not hesitate to go back to Sewell for another car.
