Made a deal to buy a Pre owned RR on the phone with kristen meredeth. We finalized a price and I agreed to the deal. Asked her if I could leave a deposit to secure the deal while she sent me the cred kristen meredeth. We finalized a price and I agreed to the deal. She Never sent app and the dealership sold the car to someone else. She never returned my call or text, just wasted my entire day. When I called the sales manager they put me in touch with Luke the GM. He had no excuse and admitted it was poorly handled. At least he was professional and did follow up. He said Kristen is one of their best. LOL! I thanked him for taking the call but told him if she’s the best I can’t imagine the worst! Then I saw the bad reports here and totally understand.. Total xxxx. DONT GO HERE. They don’t run the store like a high line dealership. Embarrassing for the brand (which I love) Land Rover should take away their franchise. They should become a buy here pay here lot so they can deal with xxxxxxxx like themselves !!! More
Poor experience so far at this dealership. Called the local number for a service appointment at 7:30am. The rep, Teresa, said if I came in within the hour they would have a loaner ready for me. I arrived at 8:25a and my car was checked in for service. After I sat down, Andre, the service advisor, told me that they don’t have any loaner cars available and it depends on if/when customers start to return them. I said that is not what Teresa told me. He said that Teresa is located in Dallas and can’t see the local store’s inventory. An hour later, I’m still waiting in this empty dealership with no loaner to get back to work. Andre has been polite enough, but due to the way Sewell has set his business up false promises are made by an employee who sits 4.5 hours away. If you come here for service, be prepared to spend several hours waiting for a “promised” loaner. After sitting here for two hours, a loaner car arrived and I am waiting for it to be cleaned. The service tech discovered the issues and Andre presented the cost. I asked for an adjustment to the price and they gave a reasonable price adjustment. Andre was courteous. I will update this post with quality once I receive my car back. More
