I always hated browsing dealerships, because the nature of the beast is to give pressure due to commissions, and car sales people have bills to pay too. But it doesn't mean I have to like it. I found a deal on a brand new Jaguar at another dealership in Texas, but found one with options I like better at JLR North Austin. I emailed Chris, and bluntly offered if they are able to get close to that price, then I will drive down from Dallas asap to purchase, since I will 100% purchase a car within the coming days. He responded promptly with a satisfactory price match, and kept in touch with me all the way until I drove away in my new car. We emailed back and forth all the necessary documents, so most of everything was completed prior to my arrival. He was prompt with all his responses, courteous and honest, and had most of everything ready when I had arrived to sign. A couple of unforeseen hiccups, but nothing too inconvenient. Vy helped with a few of the financial documents, and she was very pleasant as well. I am a huge fan of being straight to the point, none of this awkward dance around the pricing and let me ask my manager routine. Thanks Chris. More
