I live out of town and this meant a LOT since the typical scenario for buying a vehicle entails endless hours of haggling and pressure to buy. They were up front and transparent about what they had to offer and got me into exactly what I wanted within two trips to Austin. Omar was able to pick me up from the airport and shuttle me back to the dealership, and I dealt with him throughout the entire process (i.e. not getting shuffled off to a finance department), and Barry worked right along side with Omar to give me all the knowledge I needed for my new ride (i.e. the test drive, all the ins and outs of what I needed to know for my daily comfort and ride enjoyment). They also made sure the vehicle was perfect inside and out; and, even did a staging of it as I drove off the lot. The entire experience and process was seamless on my end, and I am sure they did a lot of work behind the scenes to prepare it all. This team was awesome and blew away any Land Rover dealerships I have dealt with in my own hometown. It was well worth shopping in Austin and I have already been highly recommending this dealership to my fellow Rover owners back home and in Houston.
