Service you hope for I came in for routine service and was greeted immediately by a service rep. I was issued a loaner car while my car was serviced and ran errands. Watch out for service Let my wife take her QX80 in for the first service @ 5k miles and the service advisor Keith told her she had to have a high speed wheel balance done. Let my wife take her QX80 in for the first service @ 5k miles and the service advisor Keith told her she had to have a high speed wheel balance done. Charged her additional $50, for unnecessary service. That will be the first and last time I use their service department. More
