I would love to thank James Kelly and Adorion for their help. The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. They made sure we had what we wanted and needed. I will be returning there in the future for help. The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. They made sure we had what we wanted and needed. After visiting 3 other Infiniti dealers in Texas, we opted to make our new car purchase at Sewell Infiniti because of how easy they were to work with, the salesman’s responsiveness to our requests and t opted to make our new car purchase at Sewell Infiniti because of how easy they were to work with, the salesman’s responsiveness to our requests and their pricing…even though other Infiniti dealers are closer to us (Sewell is 3 hours from us)!! As a previous employee of Sewell and a customer of Sewell for 10+ years - this was the most horrible and disappointing experience I’ve had at any establishment ever. So here it goes, my experience at Sewell for 10+ years - this was the most horrible and disappointing experience I’ve had at any establishment ever. So here it goes, my experience at Sewell infiniti of Houston. We dropped off the vehicle to them on October 13th when my vehicle broke down on the highway on my way from Houston to Dallas. The car came jumped twice and came to a full stop with all the service lights on. I towed the car out to Sewell infiniti of north Houston. After 3-4 days we received the diagnosis that only the body control module needs to be replaced. We spent almost $1k on diagnostics only and the repair was about $1400 on top. They finished the repair on October 20th and we didn’t go to pick up the car until October 22nd. Not only did they not clean out the car, they also sent us off with the tire pressure sign still on saying that it will go away as we drive because they had already completed testing on the car and was driving fine for two days. Makes me wonder why they weren’t able to get rid of the tire pressure sign if they had been driving it or if it didn’t come on while they tested, how could they let us drive back to Dallas with that sign still on. Sadly for us we took their word and took a straight shot to Dallas. The very next morning I just went to my barbershop with my wife in the car and as i was getting my haircut my car started to smoke up with my wife still inside and now we have had more of the service signs pop up. Left the car there and got it towed out to Sewell infiniti of Dallas. Where they found out that radiator hose was broken and maintenance was needed. I wonder what kind of work Sewell infiniti of north Houston provides just letting their customers go on (4) hour drives without doing their due diligence. That incident could have easily happened or worse on our way back to Dallas. Thankfully it didn’t happen until the next day. Sadly even after spending so much money, they are not taking any responsibility of the repairs (even though I wonder how the radiator hose just breaks on its own and the maintenance was not needed at the moment according to their tests). So now we have to pay $1500 more and been without my car at this point for almost a month, dealt with safety hazards, paid twice for towing and waited to hear back for days from the service manager who just conveniently leaves a message saying “I guess we are playing phone tag, just wanted to let you know we will not be taking care of the repairs thank you and have a good day” Our experience at Dallas Sewell had been excellent since day 1. They got us a loan car, they got us the diagnostics super fast, communicated with Sewell infiniti and provided an alto (ride share) to accomodate us. On the flip side Sewell at north Houston, could not even clean our car, could not get their so called director to even authorize a ride share or a drop off, no loan cars, sending us off with the signs still on, no response once the transaction is done, no remorse for not doing their due diligence and instead just a straight forward “no can do” attitude because guess what, they’re all the way in Houston so what is the worse we can possibly do? How do they take $1k on diagnostics and “miss a broken radiator” along with other maintenance. And to say, I was a true believer of Carl Sewell and his locations - disappointed is an understatement. Service wasn’t so great this time around, paid for brand new tires a year ago and they are already bald! Was told that i have to purchase brand new tires all over again because the warrant only covers road new tires a year ago and they are already bald! Was told that i have to purchase brand new tires all over again because the warrant only covers road hazard. Like what type of warranty is that? Why are brand new tires bald after one year when the only places I’m driving is to and from work 4 days a week, not even 30 miles distance . What a waste of money Infiniti! And the audacity to charge $100 for an oil change is beyond me as well. It’s clear that the level of customer service has definitely decreased! More
