I remain EXTREMELY PLEASED with Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth. It began as I drove up to the service drive and was pleasantly greeted by Lizzie, who also quickly processed my recall work. Her positive demeanor, coupled with her great articulation of the detail of work performed, along with the time estimate when the repairs would be completed, fulfilled all of my questions. Lizzie actually had my vehicle recall work completed BEFORE the estimated date. Very impressive! She then took the time to leave me a detailed voicemail (I was at work and could not answer), again in a very pleasant manner. I would be remiss if I failed to acknowledge the Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth technicians who actually performed this highly technical repair work. Led by Eric, I believe there was at least 1 other technician who assisted. Their work was PERFECT and left my vehicle with no debris or physical damage as a result of the repair. Then, they ensured my FX35 received a very nice car wash and detail before releasing the vehicle back to Lizzie. Another, absolutely SUPERB team effort by the Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth team!!! Please do NOT leave anything of value in your car at this dealership. Specifically put my AirPods in my glove box... well guess what wasn’t in my glove box when I got home!!!!! And after getting a -tire- rep dealership. Specifically put my AirPods in my glove box... well guess what wasn’t in my glove box when I got home!!!!! And after getting a -tire- replaced, my skid plate/water guard completely came off on the way home, and they kept my tire cap. Anyone recommend another Infiniti or Nissan dealership in the dfw area? Willing to drive an extra hour and a half to not go here. More

Very disappointed with Sewell’s price gouging. I understand making a profit BUT not their money hungry tactics. $2200.00 to replace two single head lights.
