Ms Collins , I truly appreciate your sympathetic ear and genuine concern to even call me back ! Thank you for the service refund ! However I am still left with damage seats , once a nice infinity Qx30) , until it seem Armor All was used on my leather seat and interior door. Still sliding out my seat and inside of my car is now BLACK AND OILY AND STICKY AND SLIPPERY WITH White CRACKS and cloth like residue on door handles ! no smoke grey interior anymore ! Repair of my seats to the original. Is my greatest and satisfied hope ! My biggest regret was ever having it done ! We all know armor all have serious effects on leather seats 💺! Once again , Thank you Ms Collins
