When I bought my Q50S in 2019, the salesman that introduced himself was kind and friendly. I told him I was just looking because I was not in a good mood I needed something to cheer me up. You see introduced himself was kind and friendly. I told him I was just looking because I was not in a good mood I needed something to cheer me up. You see, the Q50 is such a beautiful car that I knew seeing a new one would lift my spirits, mind you, I was just looking. He just smiled we talked with no pressure. Then I told him what I would like to see, color of exterior and interior, etc. He was able to find one on computer and had it brought to front. We went for a ride and I was sold. I told him I wanted the car, not to let anyone else drive it that I had to go payoff my car and will returned. Well I have now had my car for just able three years, but one of the amazing things about having my Q50S is not just how it feels to drive it but also to bringing it in for cleaning or service. These service people go the extra mile for you. I had a scratch on my car and the supervisor took the time to touch the paint up. They are just so great that I always enjoy going there. Did I say how clean this building is? When you look at where the technicians work, wow, it is so clean, they even wear gloves, no spills on the floor it is just amazing. Oh, the waiting area, you will always find freshly baked cookies, coffee, water and other beverage of your choice. The cashiers always offer you chocolates. When you drive up, someone comes to your car immediately to greet and ask how they can help you. I am being a little bias here, the service consultants are nice, but I think they gave me the best, Juanita Soto, she is amazing! Oh, I nearly forgot, they even have your driving school, which you might need should you not understand all the cool technically aspects of your car. This dealership is so amazing, I wish I knew about them in 2003 when I got my first Infiniti. Just imagine yourself driving a cool car as the Infiniti and a cool Dealership to bring it to, all I can say is, WOW!!! I think you understand what I am saying, give Sewell of Dallas a try, you won't go anywhere else. More
