I just left the service department and was told I could make an appointment for 3 weeks away. If I leave it, it will be 8-10 working days. The service writer was not interested in seeing of hearing about make an appointment for 3 weeks away. If I leave it, it will be 8-10 working days. The service writer was not interested in seeing of hearing about the problem. This is a new 40K FORD truck. If I had known about the service here I would have looked at others. I asked about driving the truck until then and was told that was my option. When it blows up then they can put in a new engine where I'm sure its minor at this point. More
