Our experience as new Ford owners was made more enjoyable by the employees at Sewell Ford. In subsequent months, we took our vehicle to the Ford oil change facility for its scheduled maintenance. Those employees also were always friendly, polite and helpful. While having the car serviced, we usually stopped in to Aaron's sales office to say hello. We were so impressed! He always remembered our names! We loved our experience with Sewell. Sadly, we had to move from the Odessa area. We first moved to Houston, TX and later to Virginia Beach, VA. We took our car to a Ford dealership when we lived in Houston and we still take it to a dealership here in Virginia Beach, but the experience falls far, far short of the friendliness of Sewell Ford. poor to no follow up service,service manager admitted the car was not fully inspected, no follow up calls done, done service on car that was not needed. This dealership is notorious for lying and will do and say anything to cover up their lies. I had purchased three vehicles from them in the past only to find out that on my latest visit, they could care say anything to cover up their lies. When confronted about the situation through the Better Business Bureau, they told lie after lie to try and cover their mistakes. I will never by from this dealerhip again and I hope that people shop around at other dealerships before going to Sewell Ford. More
