Johnny was good to begin with, but fell short at the end. After financing, we waited about 20 minutes for him to show up and I finally had to go find him. I finally had to get someone else to get me the keys so I could leave. Then we had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for someone to move two other vehicles blocking my truck. Then Johnny called me all weekend long and several times the following week wanting to know when I was returning because he kept my instruction manual. I found that very irritating and was annoyed that I had to return to get the manual. When I did return, Johnny was no where in sight and had left both phones on his desk. I finally convinced the guy who helped me to just give me the instruction book instead of waiting again. Art in finance was great, he really worked to get me a good deal and he even helped move the other vehicles so I could leave. Because of him, I will continue to use and recommend Sewell Ford to my friends. The vehicle was alos detailed very nicely and Johhny did make sure it was full of fuel and clean. More

Andrew Peterson was the intelligent, competent salesperson who handled our purchase of our new Navigator. Andrew explained all the bells and whistles and synced our cells phones and copied a cd into the jukebox so we could see how it is done and set our seats, showed us how the dvd player and headsets worked and much more. He even followed us home and coded our garage door openers for us! Andrew followed up a couple of days later to see if any questions had arisen or if he could be of any further assistance. He is a very impressive young man and definitely an asset to the Sewell dealership. Romero handled the closing of our paperwork and he, too, was very friendly and competent. Romero went out of his way to be sure we didn't have any unanswered questions regarding the sale or anything else about our new Navigator. We have never had such personalized, hands-on service during any previous vehicle purchase. We will definitely recommend Sewell Ford and these two fine employees to our friends and family! More
