I had engine problems with a used car I bought. I took it back to Sewell and they took care of every thing. They even gave me a rental while repairs were made.So both the used car manager and the service man back to Sewell and they took care of every thing. It is very easy to give this rating. From the moment we were on the lot and out of our car, Robbie was there to great us with a friendly, confident mannerism. We were looking for a new Expedition with the Sewell dealership, but we thought we would at least look at what was on the pre-owned lot having had success in the past with the automobile I was currently driving. Robbie met us with enthusiasm and showed us a Lincoln Navigator. Being a previous owner of 3 Lincolns, I was definitely interested. Robbie was extremely helpful in telling us about the background of the car as it was owned by one of his customers. We felt that we could trust the information that he gave us and took the car for a drive. When we drove back to the lot, he proceded to give us all the details about the car. He knew all the answers to our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the automobile. He was truly excited about the quality of the car, and there is no doubt that he loves what he does! Rarely do you meet someone that you feel comfortable with so quickly. He did an amazing job, and as a result, my husband said we would take the car before we left the lot! My husband never decides that quickly, but he said as we left that he felt that we had been dealt with fairly and honestly. This is a young man that truly loves what he does and enjoys getting beyond the car and getting to know the likes and needs of his customer. We were in the market for a Lincoln Navigator and found just what we wanted at Sewell on their website. Even though it was a long way from where we live,(over 300 miles) we called and talked to Mr. King. just what we wanted at Sewell on their website. We had visited with other dealerships before talking to Mr. King and we have to say his helpfulness and friendly manner was what made the sale for us. We have not met any of Sewell's employees in person, except for the man who delivered the car, but we hope to travel to Odessa some day soon just to visit with these fine people in person. We love our new Navigator and hope to be driving it for a very long time. More
