I bought a used car from Sewell about 15 months ago. I noticed unusual wear on one of the tires and took it to the shop to get aligned. They told me the strut was bent and it could not be aligned until t noticed unusual wear on one of the tires and took it to the shop to get aligned. They told me the strut was bent and it could not be aligned until that was repaired. I took it to a body shop to get the strut repaired. He asked me where I bought the car and after I told him, he said Sewell would probably repair it at their cost. I called Brandon Utley my salesman and after talking to a manager, he said they would either repair it at their cost or make me a good deal to get out of the car. We decided to repair it. I took it to the body shop at Sewell and after hearing what was wrong with the car, we decided to get rid of it. Brandon worked with me and gave me a very fair price for the old car and fair price on the new one. I was treated very well during the whole process and am 100% satisfied. I went in thinking they would tell me it was too long ago to do anything about and came out with a new car and very satisfied. More
