The decision making process at NGSG is to say the least, lengthy and complicated. Franco and Jeff hung in there and remained helpful and courteous throughout that process which streched out over a period o lengthy and complicated. My experience of Sewell Ford in Odessa was Great, when i pulled into the lot and began looking around I was greeted by Aaron Cox (salesman) almost immediately. I told Aaron that I am looking for a used pickup that has a bigger motor than the one that I currently have so that I will have more pulling power than the truck that I currently own. I told him my price range and he began showing me vehicles that i may be interested in and I found a truck that was a little out of my price range but I was trading in a truck that was in good shape and really low mileage. Aaron went and talked with his boss about negotiating price on my trade in. The thing that I liked about my experience the MOST is that Aaron was honest and willing to help make this better truck affordable for me, after i agreed to purchase vehicle I noticed that it did not come with a tow hitch which is one of the main reasons that i bought the truck in the first place, Aaron said that he would get one put on for me, these guys were way more polite and professional than ANY other car lot that I have been to in the last 2 days of looking in Midland and Odessa. Having done no research on what to buy, we placed a call to Robbie who began working on things for us even though he was away from the lot at the time. By the time we arrived at the dealership we had a selection of vehicles ready for us to test drive and pick from. We are always assured that Robbie and his team have done the research for us and that they consider our personal wants as well. We purchased our 2010 Ford F150 in a matter of hours, and were on our way to enjoy the rest of our time together. Knowing that we can trust our Salesman to put us in the vehicle that best suits our needs and wants, makes us return time and again to Robbie. The follow up to get us our tags and just to make sure that we are indeed happy with the sale really complete the experience. He completely sold me on my 07 BMW, and was upfront and honest with me. When I met with Shane to go over the business/paperwork aspect of it, he explained EVERYTHING to me. He made all the paperwork and insurance language seem simple to me, and I knew exactly what I was signing for. I would recommend both of these guys to my friends and family in the future. The main reason was being introduced to Sewell Ford and Robbie Richards through a mutual friend and discovering the courteous, customer friendly, and genuine concern to meet my requests and criteria for a new auto. Robbie Richards provided me with multiple options and suggestions and never once failed to follow up on any request or questions I may have had in my search. He was always deligent, straight forward, and a true professional in every aspect of my dealings. I always felt I was receiving his utmost attention and being dealt with integrity. To top it off, Robbie ultimately found the vehicle with the options we were looking for in the Florida region, secured it for me, and personally flew to Florida to retrieve it and deliver it directly to me. If that's not service I don't know what is. Robbie is a credit to his profession and is now a new friend of mine. More

A lady who worked with the Sync named Kelvia walked by and we were able to ask her questions about our car and a truck we had purchased last year. She was knowledgable and eager to answer our questions. Dustin, Steve and Jesse in sales were kind and helpful and treated both of us with respect. They made a great team and didn't make us wait forever for another offer. Dustin spent a good bit of time on the phone or e-mail with me before we ever went to Odessa. We are from Lubbock and went to Odessa to find a find a better dealer. This is our second purchase from Sewell. Cain in financing made the final paperwork quick and effortless. Overall this dealership was professional and one we will return to in the future. More
